Contest Rules:
The contest begins Wednesday, February 18, 2015 and ends one week later at midnight (February 25, 2015).
This contest is open to participants 13 years of age or older. No children under 13 will be allowed to participate. Only one submission allowed per person. If you change your mind and want to redo your submission, you can send multiple entries, but only one will be allowed in the contest.
If you are unable to print the image, freehand impressions of the line-art will be accepted but accuracy will be a factor for finalists. All entries must be scanned or photographed digitally and emailed to david@dmcumbo.com. Attachments must be smaller than 10mbs.
IN ORDER TO BE ENTERED IN THE CONTEST, YOUR EMAIL MUST CONTAIN:
- the participant's full name,
- the participant's date-of-birth,
- an address to which the prize can be shipped,*
- the words "ART CONTEST" in the subject line.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2015. ENTRIES WITHOUT ANY OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please note that none of your personal information aside from your name will be displayed on the voting page. By submitting, you agree to the entry, display, and usage of the artwork for the contest and any other lawful purpose. By submitting you further agree that D.M. Cumbo, LLC owes no monetary compensation for usage of submitted artwork.
The winner of the contest will be determined through a two-step process. First, a public vote will determine the top 3 finalists through a form that will be added to this page once the contest period has ended. The voting period will run for one week, beginning FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2015 and conclude one week later on FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2015. Anyone can vote so make sure to tell your family, friends, allies, arch-nemeses, pets, etc. Then, D.M. Cumbo will pick the winner amongst the finalists with a crack team of creative professionals!
In order to vote on the finalists, please come back and visit this page which will be updated on Friday, March 6, 2015 with a voting form showcasing all eligible entries. All voters must submit a valid email address and have reviewed the D.M. Cumbo Privacy Notice. This is designed to avoid abuse of the voting system.
*Please provide a current and valid shipping address. The prize pack may take up to six weeks to arrive depending on winner's location. D.M. Cumbo is not responsible for loss of prize shipment due to an incorrect shipping address.
